Symptoms of the .bmp problem
- You attempt to save an image that is not a bitmap (a .gif, .jpg, or .png) by right-clicking the image, and selecting Save As
- The filename box is pre-filled in with Untitled
- The file type is Bitmap (*.bmp)

There are several ways to how to delete it.

- Search for (autorun.inf) in your computer.
- Start cmd (command prompt) from start-> run-> type (cmd).
- In cmd enter the location that (autorun.inf) exist in. By typing either (D:) and press enter OR typing (cd C:\) and press enter.
- Write (attrib -h -s -r autorun.inf) and press enter.
- Write (del autorun.inf) and press enter.
